I used semolina instead of wholewheat flour only because I didn’t have any. In saying that, the bread has a delightful flavour, very soft, great for a sandwhich. Baked it in a Pyrex dish with a lid. When I cooled it I firstly wrapped it in a cloth as I didn’t want a hard crust and then after about half an hour I placed it on a wire rack. It all worked out. Thanks Kindly.
