With Easter quickly approaching, I’ve started thinking about all the wonderful dishes that make the holiday table so special.

Beyond the main course, the side dishes bring freshness, color, and variety to the meal.

These Italian-inspired vegetable dishes and salads are simple to prepare and perfect for celebrating the flavors of spring.
