šŸ² The best soups to warm you up this fall

Hello there, Reader!

In last week’s newsletter, I shared Celebrate October with Delicious Recipes and Whimsical Holidays! If you missed it, you can catch up HERE.

Can you feel it? That crisp in the air means soup season has officially arrived—at least here in North America!

As soon as the temperatures drop, I can’t wait to pull out a big pot and make something warm and comforting. There’s nothing like filling the house with the cozy aromas of soup simmering on the stove.

Over the years, I’ve found a few soups that I crave all season long—simple, hearty, and full of flavor.

And when I want to make the meal extra special, I’ll bake a loaf of my Rustic Italian Bread for dipping (because fresh bread and soup are meant for each other!).

Here are the soups that truly get me through fall:

If you’re ready to cozy up your kitchen, pick one (or two!) to start with—and don’t forget the bread.

Let me know which one becomes your new fall staple 😊

READER REVIEW OF THE WEEK!

I have made this recipe so many times and often for my Italian relatives. It is always a massive hit. Thanks so much for sharing it :). I have doubled it as well and always turns out well. If Im organised I roast my almonds the night before which gives a bit better result for me.

Thank you for reading. As always, happy baking and cooking!

Have a great week!

Ciao for now,
