As soon as the temperatures drop, I can’t wait to pull out a big pot and make something warm and comforting. There’s nothing like filling the house with the cozy aromas of soup simmering on the stove.

Over the years, I’ve found a few soups that I crave all season long—simple, hearty, and full of flavor.

Let me know which one becomes your new fall staple 😊

READER REVIEW OF THE WEEK!

I have made this recipe so many times and often for my Italian relatives. It is always a massive hit. Thanks so much for sharing it :). I have doubled it as well and always turns out well. If Im organised I roast my almonds the night before which gives a bit better result for me.

Thank you for reading. As always, happy baking and cooking!

Have a great week!

Hello there, Reader! In last week’s newsletter, I shared A Simple Dough with Endless Possibilities! If you missed it, you can catch up HERE. Breakfast in Italy looks a little different from what we’re used to in North America. It’s usually something small and sweet alongside your morning coffee. Maybe a cappuccino with a breakfast cookie or fette biscottate (rusk cookie), a slice of crostata, or a cornetto filled with jam or cream. And yes — having cake for breakfast is perfectly normal in...
