That crisp in the air means soup season has officially arrivedāat least here in North America! As soon as the temperatures drop, I canāt wait to pull out a big pot and make something warm and comforting. Thereās nothing like filling the house with the cozy aromas of soup simmering on the stove. Over the years, Iāve found a few soups that I crave all season longāsimple, hearty, and full of flavor. And when I want to make the meal extra special, Iāll bake a loaf of my Rustic Italian Bread for dipping (because fresh bread and soup are meant for each other!). Here are the soups that truly get me through fall:
